Inês Horta Salvo
Founder at IHSalvo Law Office, Inês earned her law degree (Licenciatura em Direito) from Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2005 and has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2008. She began her career in general practice before focusing on immigration law in 2013, and officially founded IHSalvo Law Office in 2017. Since then, she has assisted hundreds of families relocating to Portugal, offering guidance not only in immigration but also across other aspects of their legal needs. Inês brings substantial expertise to the firm, with a particular focus on immigration and investment advisory.
Inês is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish.
Elisabeth Dumais
Legal Advisor at IHSalvo Law Office, Elisabeth earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.L) from the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude in 2016, and has been a member of the Québec Bar (Canada) since 2017. After several years of legal practice in Southeast Asia, she joined our team in 2023, bringing experience in investment immigration, international banking and taxation, and data analytics.
Elisabeth is fluent in French and English, and proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, and Mandarin.
Andreia Vidigal
Lawyer at IHSalvo Law Office, Andreia earned her law degree (Licenciatura em Direito) from Universidade de Lisboa in 2018 and has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2019. She joined IHSalvo Law Office in 2022 where she gained extensive experience in court representation, corporate matters, and liaising with local immigration authorities.
Andreia is fluent in Portuguese and English.
Samuel Harvey-Boivin
Strategic Advisor at IHSalvo Law Office, Samuel earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa in 2016. Following several years of operating businesses across Asia and Africa, he joined our team in 2023. He brings extensive expertise in investment immigration and cross-borders transactions, international business, and entrepreneurship in emerging economies.
Samuel is fluent in French and English, and proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, and Mandarin.
Vanessa Santos
Assistant at IHSalvo Law Office, Vanessa oversees the firm’s administrative operations and plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. She provides dedicated client support and liaises regularly with local public institutions.
Vanessa is fluent in Portuguese and English.
Josette Guerra
Paralegal at IHSalvo Law Office, Josette earned a degree in Business Management from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa in 1992. She brings extensive professional experience to her role, supporting the firm through internal organization, coordination, and client assistance, and contributing to the efficient operation of the office.
She is fluent in Portuguese, French, English, and Spanish.
